Power Loader from Aliens closer to reality

Saw this over on Make and CWWang and made me think about the Power Loader Ripley uses in Aliens. After clicking some of the other links that reference the article and seeing some of the cool things that they are doing, it sure looks like the Power Loader is closer to reality.
